Event Three

A longstanding tradition of fireworks and musical festivities are often used to celebrate Independence Day. Many Americans love the festivities, but some people with disabilities like PTSD and sensory-processing disorder — fear the sights and sounds that explode on the 4th of July. Our meeting will discuss meditation, relaxing breathing techniques, the benefits of noise canceling headphones and identifying each members physical and mental limitations.
